Terms of sale
1. - PURCHASE IN ESCACIMAT. Purchases made at www.tiendaescacimat.es, are subject to current regulations and the rest of the corresponding legislation, understanding that sales operations have been carried out at the EscaciMat Store, which is managed by ESCACIMAT, SLU, with fiscal address in Marià Aguiló street, 67. 08005 Barcelona (Spain). The products shown in our store, as well as in the order forms, have VAT included and are shown in Euros.
Shipping costs will apply depending on the carrier and the weight of the package, except if the amount exceeds 80 euros, in which case they would be borne by ESCACIMAT, SLU. It is also possible to pick it up at the premises, after purchasing online.
EscaciMat, SLU issues an invoice for all the operations carried out, which can be downloaded from the customer's account. It can also be sent by post.
2. - FORMALIZATION OF THE ORDER. The client who wants to make a purchase in ESCACIMAT must read the conditions of sale included on our website. The formalization of an order will be understood to be carried out under full acceptance of the conditions of sale contained in the page, and having previously made the payment, according to the indicated options, or to make it cash on delivery. The products will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate.
3. - SHIPMENT OF ORDERS. The products will be sent by GLS, MRW or Correos agency. The delivery time for the products in stock is depending on the selected carrier, maximum 4 days for the peninsula. If the product indicates that it is not in stock, the approximate shipping time will be indicated.
Orders over € 80, transportation will be free on the peninsula.
4. - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. For orders from abroad, select the desired material, and the store will mark the transport costs in the basket.
5. - PAYMENT METHODS. - Paypal - Bank Transfer - Credit card or Cash on delivery.
6. - RETURNS. If you want to return the purchased products, you have a period of 30 days. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
