DGT Smart Board plastic pieces

DGT Smart Board is the new addition to DGT of the range of electronic chess boards. This electronic computer is designed to be more affordable and is made of high quality plastic.

With the same great functionality and user experience as the most expensive existing DGT electronic boards, the Smart Board is a great choice for the DGT range of electronic chess boards.

The DGT Smart Board is suitable for both tournament and home use.

For domestic use:

• Computer game, training, analysis and study: The DGT Smart Board interacts with the software and the strongest chess engines available on your PC or laptop. Add the DGT Pi chess computer to turn your Smart Board into your strongest combat partner. Automatically stores games played for publication or analysis.
• Online game: play online against opponents from around the world using the DGT Smart Board as your input device. The movements of the opponents (human or motors) are displayed on the DGT3000 chess clock screen that connects to the Smart Board.
• Live streaming over the Internet: use the free DGT LiveChess software and the cloud server to broadcast your live chess games over the Internet.
• For home use, a single USB cable is supplied with a free Chessbase DVD that gives premium access to Playchess.com and the Fritz 14 chess engine.

For use in tournaments:

• Tournament configuration: DGT Smart Boards are fully compatible for use in conjunction with existing DGT electronic boards in a tournament configuration.
• Live streaming over the Internet: use the free DGT LiveChess software and the cloud service to broadcast your tournament live over the Internet.
• The cable connections for the Smart Board in the configuration of tournaments must be ordered separately!
• The plastic chess pieces shown in the photo are included!

Innovative design

The DGT Smart Board has a new innovative design. The wood finish on the top of the board is visually very attractive. The design is light and ergonomic, which facilitates its transport. The board is available with or without indexes and is compatible with all DGT electronic chess boards.

Operating system: Windows 7, 8 or 10.

The board is compatible with all DGT electronic systems, whether in plastic or wood. The size of the top of the board is 52 x 52 cm and the size per square is 55 x 55 mm.

Due to the connection via USB 3.0, it is not possible to use the Smart Board with Windows XP (or earlier).
